Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (CONFIRM) after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Time
Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch (CONFIRM). Rest of India: 5 to 8 business
days after dispatch (CONFIRM). Delivery timelines may extend slightly during festive
seasons or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,999. A flat shipping charge of Rs. (CONFIRM
amount) applies to orders below Rs. 2,999.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package until delivery.

Packaging
Brass items are individually wrapped and packed with protective material to ensure they
reach you safely. Pooja powders are sealed to preserve freshness and purity.

Serviceable Locations
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time. (CONFIRM if international is planned.)

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a package is
returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping
charges will apply.
