Refund and Return Policy

At Kumudaa, every product is checked carefully before it is shipped. Since our products
include handcrafted brass items and pooja essentials, we follow a limited return policy to
Maintain hygiene and product quality.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video of the product and packaging. Once
If verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.


Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
Kumkum, turmeric, vibhuti, gandam, and all powder-based pooja products once opened.
Dhoop cups, sambrani, camphor, and other consumable items. Products damaged due to
misuse or improper handling after delivery.


Brass Products
Brass idols and brass decor items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (CONFIRM
window) only if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Slight
variations in colour, finish, or weight are natural characteristics of handcrafted brass and are
not considered defects.


Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business
days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Return shipping for damaged or wrong items is covered by us. Return shipping for any other approved return is borne by the customer.
